Primary Years Academy

PYA’s school counseling program is designed to help students achieve success by addressing their academic, career, and social/emotional development. We follow the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model, which promotes:

• Academic Development: Helping students acquire the attitudes, knowledge, and skills needed for effective learning.
• Career Development: Guiding students to understand the connection between academics and the world of work.
• Social/Emotional Development: Supporting students in developing interpersonal skills and coping strategies.
